Departure for Lake Maggiore by Grand Tursimo Bus,( Piemonte area).

Arrival in Verbania and visit to the elegant Villa Rusconi-Clerici (XIX century). The garden features  collections  of ancient vases, rare plants, , bouquets, and a collection of hats. Next is the tour of the Park which overlooks the lake. There are  40 types of prestigious camellia , magnolia, and  palm trees, greenhouses, and a picturesque bay among the rocks.

Independent lunch  along the lake.

In the afternoon, visit to  the prestigious garden of Villa Anelli and Oggebbio,  Presidenza della Società Italiana delle Camelie.(Seat of the Presidency of  camellias Italian Society) . Here you can admire the most beautiful camellias in bloom and rare Asiatic flowers.  The tour is led by  Andrea Corneo, President of the Association Cameliofila.

Dinner in  hotel.

Breakfast in hotel.  Transfer by bus to Verbania to visit the historic garden of Villa San Remigio. Its vast botanical heritage includes large varieties of camellias which grow on the terraces, overlooking the lake. There are  rare palm trees, Japanese conifers, and parterres in bloom. Afterwards, drive to Lake Orta for a walk in the small town of Orta San Giulio, surrounded by camellias of Verbano. The  tour ends after visiting  the private garden along the lakefront, characterized by steep staircases, fishponds, woods,  and  rare varieties of lacustrine plants.

Transfer to  Milano train Station and/or Milano Airport.
